Return & Refund Policy
Hygiene & Safety Policy
As our products are nutritional and consumable wellness supplements, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
For customer safety, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products.
Eligible Return / Replacement Cases
Return or replacement requests are only considered in the following situations:
✔ Product damaged during transit
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Expired product received
✔ Incorrect item delivered
In case of any return, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility, or we may deduct return logistics costs from the refund amount.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process any return or replacement request, customers must:
✔ Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Share clear photos/videos
✔ Provide a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the package opening process.
Requests submitted without valid unboxing proof may not be approved.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted for:
✘ Opened or used products
✘ Taste or flavor preferences
✘ Personal expectations or preference-based dissatisfaction
✘ Orders refused after shipment dispatch
✘ Incorrect address or unavailable customer
✘ Minor outer packaging wear not affecting product safety
✘ Requests reported after the 48-hour reporting window
Cancellation Policy
✔ Orders can be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
✘ Once tracking details are generated and the order is marked “In Transit,” cancellation may not be possible.
To maintain fair usage and operational efficiency, repeated refused COD orders or fraudulent activities may result in future order restrictions.
Refund Policy
In case of any return, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our facility, or we may deduct return logistics costs from the refund amount. For approved prepaid orders, refunds are usually initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after successful inspection and verification by our team.
Shipping, COD, platform, or handling charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
